Did you know?

Our Felixstowe warehouse is proudly Sedex compliant and spearheading sustainable supply chains!

Sedex certification is an important standard that demonstrates a commitment to ethical business practices within the supply chain. It’s awarded after companies undergo the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), a comprehensive on-site assessment that evaluates four key areas: labour standards, health & safety, environmental impact, and business ethics. These areas are critical in ensuring that businesses operate responsibly, treat employees fairly, and take environmental concerns into account.

For companies like ours, Sedex certification means that we’ve met strict criteria in these four areas. It assures our stakeholders that we are committed to providing fair and safe working conditions for our employees, adhering to environmental best practices, and maintaining the highest business ethics standards. This certification also underscores our responsibility to make sure our supply chain partners are held to similar ethical standards, promoting a culture of accountability and sustainability across the board.

Our Felixstowe warehouse’s Sedex compliance is just one step in our broader commitment to responsible and ethical operations. We’re proud to say that this is a reflection of our ongoing efforts to foster a transparent, fair, and sustainable business model.

We’re excited to continue making strides in this area and look forward to sharing more updates with you in the future.
